About Blazin' Barrels Food & BBQ
We are Blazin’ Barrels Food & BBQ — four BBQ professionals united by one shared passion: fire, flavor, and perfection.
What started as a love for outdoor cooking has grown into a professional team competing at the biggest BBQ contests across Europe and the United States.
Each member of our team creates award-winning dishes, recognized at both national and international competitions.

Mark achieved an impressive 4th place at the 2025 World Championship in Texas with his legendary spareribs.

Anne became the Dutch Ribeye Champion in 2023 (SCA) and was crowned Dutch Champion Ribeye again in 2025, confirming his position among the Netherlands’ top steak competitors.

Wilco and Anton have taken multiple 1st place awards in the dessert, side dish, and steak categories, showcasing their creativity and versatility at every competition.
In 2026, we’ll once again travel to Texas, USA, to compete at the SCA World Championship Steak, proudly representing the Netherlands and Europe.
